They took days to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply was super short and not exactly overflowing with helpfulness. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole thing was way more stressful than it needed to be.

i mean, when my event got cancelled I figured it was going to be a whole hassle, but TicketsMarche actually made it simple. The email came through fast, the refund instructions were easy to follow, and I got my money back without having to keep chasing anyone. I also asked support a quick question and they replied like normal people, which I appreciated. Ended up being way less stressful than I thought, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

I bought my tickets on ticketsmarche.com thinking it would be a smooth entry, but the queue was a mess. We had the tickets ready on our phones and still ended up waiting way too long. The staff kept moving people from one line to another, and we had to show/verify the tickets more than once, which got really annoying fast. By the time we finally got in, we had already missed the start. Not a total disaster, but definitely frustrating.

There were no double charges, no strange errors, and the amount matched exactly in my bank app, which I really appreciated. Based on this experience, I’d say it was smooth and reasonable, and I’d be comfortable using the site again.
